Today, complications like this feel familiar. Your phone probably displays ten times as much information before you've even finished your morning coffee. In 1948, however, seeing all of this neatly arranged on a wristwatch was genuinely remarkable.

Movado was exceptionally good during this period. Long before the Museum Dial became its most recognizable creation, the brand was producing sophisticated chronographs, world timers, calendar watches, and beautifully engineered in-house movements.
